This proposal outlines two new services we're recommending for Wellgreens. Together, they represent a meaningful competitive advantage — the kind that takes real infrastructure, expertise, and time to build, and that most dispensaries won't have for years.

We'll build a custom AI-powered ordering system delivered through iMessage, integrated directly with your Dutchie platform. Customers text a dedicated number in plain language and the AI handles the rest — guiding them through pickup or delivery, pulling live menu data, and submitting the order without any staff involvement. No app, no website, no friction.

Code Ownership: Wellgreens owns the codebase upon payment. If the hosting plan is discontinued, Wellgreens retains the code but assumes full infrastructure responsibility.

Infrastructure Note: Mac hardware and dedicated phone numbers are provided and managed by BrandRap for the duration of any active hosting plan — Option A or Option B. These are included in your monthly fee at no additional cost.

Most agencies won't touch cannabis PPC. The platform restrictions are real, and the compliance requirements are unforgiving. We ran a trial specifically for Wellgreens to prove it was viable before bringing it to you as a paid engagement. The trial worked. We're now ready to run this formally.

Monthly Management Fee

Pricing scales with your monthly ad spend. The $3,500/month base is the minimum regardless of spend level. Each additional $5,000 in monthly spend adds $500 to the management fee.

Ownership & Infrastructure Terms

iMessage Ordering System

  • Option A — SubscriptionBrandRap retains ownership of all code and system architecture. Wellgreens receives full access to the live system for the duration of the subscription.
  • Option B — Build + HostingUpon payment of the $10,000 build fee, Wellgreens receives full ownership of the codebase.
  • Infrastructure (Both Plans)Mac hardware and dedicated phone numbers are provided and managed by BrandRap for as long as Wellgreens is on an active hosting plan.
  • Exiting Option B HostingIf Wellgreens discontinues the $75/month per location hosting plan, they retain full ownership of the code. They assume responsibility for their own Mac hardware, phone numbers, hosting environment, and technical infrastructure.

PPC Management

  • Management vs. Ad SpendThe monthly management fee covers strategy, execution, and reporting only. Ad spend is billed directly to Wellgreens through the respective advertising platforms and is entirely separate.
  • Monthly BillingThe management tier is determined by actual ad spend for that calendar month. If spend changes, the fee adjusts accordingly on the following invoice.
  • Minimum FeeThe $3,500/month base is the floor regardless of how much or how little is spent in a given month.
